Bexley Voice are looking for 2 new members to join our small team.
Information and Communication Administrator (12 hrs pw term time)
Hourly rate £10.50
The focus of this post will be providing high quality administration support to the Bexley Voice team with specific responsibility for the administration of our School Visit Programme; maintaining our website; coordination and distribution of our regular eBulletins and consultations. The post holder will ensure BV records are up to date to enable the production of accurate statistics as required – ensuring BV policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and meet GDPR requirements. They will also be required to deal with phone enquiries, produce leaflets and forms and organise meetings along with other administrative tasks as necessary.
This post requires a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated team member with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, website maintenance and the ability to effectively manage several tasks at any given time.
Project Coordinator (12 hrs pw term time)
Hourly rate £10.50
The focus of this post will be to coordinate and deliver our Tea and Talk Programme (our monthly parent/carer support group), this includes identifying appropriate speakers and organising their attendance; coordinating the professionals and parent/carers for the one to one appointments for our existing day and evening sessions along with developing our Early Years and Post 16 Focused drop ins. The post holder will also coordinate our parent/carer training programme, collate feedback gathered at these events and report back to the BV team. They will be expected to represent the team at events/meetings at different locations and undertake additional projects as required.
This post requires a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated team member with good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. A good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, and the ability to effectively manage small teams.
