Bexley Voice supports parents and carers during term time only. Membership forms and Facebook group requests submitted during the school holidays will not be processed until our return.​

    Please Note:
    If you request to join the BV Parent Carer Facebook Group - you will be sent a separate invitation.  Please
    • allow 2 weeks to process before chasing us 
    • ensure the email address on this form is the same as the email you use for Facebook or the link will not work. (please email us to advise if this is not the case)
    • remember that requesting membership of the BV Facebook Group, is confirming that you have read and agree to comply with the BV Social Media Policy - see latest version above this form.
    (If you do not consent to photos, which you may appear in, being used in our promotions, please email [email protected] to let us know.)
    Thank you for taking the time to complete a Bexley Voice Membership Form. 
    Your information will be entered into our Bexley Voice database and you will receive a 'Welcome to Bexley Voice' confirmation email within the next 14 days (term time only). If you need any information in the meantime, please use the search box on our website.
    Please note: Bexley Voice is a charity and voluntary organisation run by parent/carers during school term time,  so please allow time for us to process your membership forms.

Facebook Group Note - If you tick the box to request an access link to our parent/carer only Facebook group:
  • after you receive our welcome letter, you will receive a separate email with the Facebook group access link
  • check your junk/spam/other etc email boxes as the link we send may not go into your main inbox
  • use the same email address on your membership application that you use for your Facebook account so the link we send works
  • once in the group please DO NOT add your friends as we will automatically decline the request. Instead, ask your friends/family, who wish to join our group, to complete the membership form above. This is due to GDPR and our social media policy consent.
