In response to the current restrictions on meetings we have developed our on line support offer.
On alternate Tuesdays we will be bringing you a Professional's Video, updating on their service, how to access support and where there have been questions submitted in advance, the answers will be provided too. This will be available to view from 11am.
At 7pm that day, a Facebook Live session will be run by Stacey. At this live session, questions that have arisen as a result of the video presentation, will be dealt with by the BV team at that time or after appropriate follow up.
In the weeks between these sessions, we will facilitate a range of virtual one to one sessions with professionals.
Please see below for details regarding deadlines for questions and the booking process for one to one sessions.
We can't offer you a cuppa, but hope you will bring your own and join us.

Terms and Conditions:
- Appointments are offered on a ‘first come first served basis’ to Bexley Voice parent/carer members.
- (If you are not already a BV member, please complete a membership form prior to booking an appointment.)
- Only one appointment slot can be requested per parent/carer each week.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your allotted time slot.
- If 'FULLY BOOKED' appears next to the professional - your name will only be held on a waiting list and will not receive a confirmation email unless a place becomes available.
- We will allocate time slots and pass on contact details to the professional concerned, who will contact you to advise how the meeting will be held.
- If you do not meet the professional that slot will be wasted - please let us know if you are no longer able to attend and we will do our best to offer the opportunity to another parent/carer.
- If you fail to attend more than 2 appointments without prior cancellation, you may not be offered further Virtual Voice professional appointments.
