MENCAP Emergency Card
For many family carers, one of their greatest concerns is what will happen to their child with a learning disability if something should happen to them. Carers' cards are designed to give family carers the peace of mind that should they have an emergency, accident or illness, others would be made aware of their caring responsibility and be able to contact the right people to support their child. The information in the booklet includes lots of space to complete important information. You can contact the MENCAP Helpline to ask for a pack: Telephone: 0808 808 1111 Email: help@mencap.org.uk Web: www.mencap.org.uk/about-learning-disability/providing-future/mencap-carers-card |
