​Bexley Voice welcome all our members, new and existing, to our Parent and Carer Support groups.
No need to book, just pop in anytime. It is free to come along but donations are much appreciated!​
We invite various professionals along at set times, so please check with the BV team if you wish to speak to a professional or a member of the BV team on an individual basis at a particular time.

​Come along and meet with other parents and carers if you need information and support on any SEND issues. 
  • Get support and enjoy a tea/coffee and chat.
  • Become a parent/carer member of Bexley Voice - it is FREE!
  • Book on to BV workshops
  • Join our parent and carer only Facebook group
  • Collect your free BV parent resource 'Red Bag' (depending on availability)
  • Ask questions on SEND issues including SEN Support and EHC Plans
  • Listen to our guest speakers offering information on SEND issues. (Refer to the monthly flier for details on the different speakers attending each group).
  • Pre-book 1-2-1 appointments with various professionals. (Refer to the monthly flier for details on the different professionals attending each group).
  • Chat to other parent and carer members experiencing similar issues
  • Browse our range of hand made cards and SEND books (daytime group only - available for a donation)
  • Free to come along but donations are much appreciated!​

Daytime Tea and Talk
Time:    9.30-12.30 (Guest speaker 10am  and 'Meet the Professional 1-2-1 appointments 10.45 - 12.15)
​Dates:   2nd Wednesday of every month (excluding April & August)

Venue:  BVSC, Crayford Manor House, Mayplace Road East DA1 4HB.
There is free parking in the main car park (just after the small round-about in front of the Manor House on Mayplace Road East if coming from the Bexleyheath direction, signposted 'Bowlers Car Park'. Please do not use the staff car park in front of the Manor House unless you have a disabled blue badge).
Please note the venue room is not suitable for babies and toddlers.
Parents and carers are able to book a 30 minute 1-2-1 appointment with various professionals in our 'Meet the Professional' section.
Please refer to the monthly flier for the professionals attending and refer to the form at the bottom of this page on how to book.


​Evening Tea and Talk (Held Termly)
Time:    6.30 - 8.30pm (Guest speaker normally at 7pm)
​Dates:   Thursday 25th June 2020 
Venue:  
Danson Children's Centre, Brampton Road, Bexleyheath DA7 4EZ. 
There is limited parking at the children's centre however there are many surrounding roads suitable for parking.

'Meet the Professional' - (daytime Tea and Talk only)
Book a 1-2-1 appointment 30 minute appointment in our ‘Meet the Professional’ slots.
Appointment times are allotted once booked at 10.45, 11.15 and 11.45am.
If you would like to book a 1-2-1 appointment with a professional – please read the flier for more details about the professionals attending, read terms and conditions and then complete the form below.

Terms and Conditions: 
  • Appointments are offered on a ‘first come first served basis’ to Bexley Voice parent/carer members.
  • (If you are not already a BV member, please complete a membership form prior to booking an appointment.)
  • Only one appointment slot can be requested per parent/carer at each group. (If you would like to attend the appointment with another friend/relative about the same child/young person, you do not need to book 2 slots).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your allotted time slot.
  • If 'FULLY BOOKED' appears next to the professional - your name will only be held on a waiting list and will not receive a confirmation email unless a place becomes available.
  • A waiting list will be held on the day in case of cancellations.
  • Please make yourself known to reception staff 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • If you are late for your appointment, it will be offered to another parent/carer.
  • If you fail to attend more than 2 appointments without prior cancellation, you may not be offered further Tea and talk professional appointments.
